  Delicious pizza and really simple to order online. When I went into the store to pick up my order the kid working the register went the extra step to hold open the door for me and handed me my pizza as I left the store. Very polite!

  Our order was delivered to the wrong address. We only found that out when the person who received our order phoned us. We couldn't get through to Papa John's on the phone. 30 minutes later the wrong order showed up. We told the driver our order was sent to the wrong address. He said he would "go get it," and left. He called later to tell us he tried to get out food from the wrong house but she decided to eat it. He actually thought it would be ok to just go and get us cold pizza that someone else had handled. He then just said "sorry about that," and went back to the restaurant. No discount, no coupons, nothing. Just "sorry 'bout that." As the Google reviews show, stay far, far away...
